Use your actual courier timelines.

Shipping Charges: State whether shipping is free, flat-rate or calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Explain when the tracking link/number is provided.

Incorrect Address: Customers should verify their shipping information before submitting an order.

Delivery Delays: Delays due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, customs and other circumstances outside your control may occur.

Lost/Damaged Shipments: Explain how customers should contact you.

International Orders: Mention customs duties, VAT/import taxes and who is responsible for paying them.
